How The Procedure Works
Eyelash extensions are thin, synthetic fibers that come in all sorts of shades. After contacting us, our team will work with you and tailor your lashes to meet your needs. During the extension process, the salon professional takes a single synthetic fiber and brushes it with a specially prepared adhesive. With a pair of tweezers, a single lash is separated from the others, and the extension is pressed directly to the lash. This process is repeated until all lashes have been extended.
What Consumers Should Know
Not all eyelash treatments are the same. Some dermatologists and cosmetic surgeons use adhesive pads that contain a full set of false lashes. False lashes applied as a one-strip adhesive also tend to inhibit natural lash growth. People with certain allergies may have a strong reaction to this type of treatment. Lash extensions can last from two to three weeks, but depending on the condition of each client’s natural lashes, results may vary.
