Amazing
Lisa is an absolute gem! I truly love how she cuts and highlights my hair, it is always done perfectly. She is certainly one of a kind and makes me feel special every time I have an appointment.Also, the rest of the staff at the salon is great to – such a caring staff. I love Mac Med Salon!!!

Amazing
I have been going to Mac Med Spa for various appointments throughout the years and feel that now during Covid they have gone above and beyond. I was nervous for my first appointment after Covid started but staff helped me feel safe through the new procedures. My past few visits with Dimitra have been great and she takes the time to make sure all is going well during the appointment.

Body Tuning
My journey began at the crossroads of curiosity, belief, and Suzanne Hekemian. Over the past year Suzanne has guided me to become more aware of myself, my interactions with others, and clarity on the path ahead through body tuning.To keep the process honest, I do approach this as a skeptic despite a completely open mind every time I sit with Suzanne. That being said, there have been several experiences throughout my sessions that have been more than coincidence. The benefits also show. I’ve had my wife and my boss, among others, comment on how I’ve changed for the better since beginning the tuning sessions.
Suzanne is a gifted healer who can help direct you to the proper care. If this something you are interested in, or have been on the fence on, start with one visit and see where it goes. That’s what I did and here I am writing this review over a year later. This stuff works!

Massage with Richard
I have been having constant pain and tightness in my neck, shoulder and back on one side for a while. Richard was incredible and was able to get rid of all the tightness I had. I left feeling wonderful and actually slept comfortably without any pain for the first time in a long while. I already scheduled another visit with him and am looking forward to my next massage!!

Love my Mac Med Spa hairdresser
I am so grateful to Julie my hairdresser/hair stylist! I’ve been going to her for years now to get my hair colored, highlighted, cut and styled. She is professional, personable, and an expert in her field. I was at a wedding last night and received so many compliments on my hair. Thank you, Julie!

Last minute decision to book a massage with my daughter…they fit us in the same day and it was wonderful. Richard was amazing! Highly recommend and I will visit again soon.

Whole experience
My whole experience was great! From calling in, to making an appointment last minute. The receptionist was very professional and very accommodating. I was greeted by another great person who took my temperature and asked me to sanitize when I entered the Spa. I was then checked and in and had an excellent massage by Luciane

I had my first massage with Beth today. It was awesome! Not only did she do a wonderful massage but she also referred me to another person in the salon who could better meet my needs. I thought this was highly professional of her. I will definitely be coming back to Mac Med!

HCG diet
i did the HCG diet and i couldn’t be happier with the results!! its unbelievable, i had a weight problem all my life and this is the only thing that worked. i started with 200 pounds and now i weigh 143! i recommend this to anyone who is uncomfortable with their body.its worth the money. i never felt better!

Amazing
My oncology nurse recommended a reiki massage due to my constant muscle and joint pain. I saw Shane and he was amazing. He explained what reiki was. He helped me understand it. I left there feeling amazing and I have had very little muscle and joint pain. The last few days have been life changing. I haven’t felt this good in over a year

Professionally Amazing!!
I have beem going to Mac Med Spa for a while now. Receive laser treatment from Sue, who is both friendly and quite thorough with the treatment. She’s always courteous and tremendously helpful and helping me achieve that look and feel that I want. I also receive facials from Denise who is wonderful in every sense of the word. She is thorough and quite experienced and doesn’t overload me with products or product lines that I don’t necessarily need. With both their help my face has become quite beautiful and I’m very happy with the service and quality that I received from this Spa. Since they’ve been helping me with my face I have thrown away more makeup than I’ve bought in my entire life I feel so confident not wearing a thing at all. The products that I use are the Mac Med Spa products and they work wonderfully I haven’t had a breakout since I have started using these mirical products. I feel rejuvenated.

This is a wonderful spa with an extremely competent staff. I’ve had several procedures during the last couple of days, waxing and brow shaping, mani-pedi, and today I got the best facial from Denise, who takes the time to get to know her clients’ skin types and individualizes her treatments based on your individual needs. I made another appointment with her in 30 days because my skin is absolutely glowing. She also introduced me to tinting my eyelashes and brows–WOW–what a standout that turned out to be with my blue eyes. They POP!. And the thing is, I totally trusted her within only a short time talking to her. She’s a wonderful person and an outstanding aesthetician. I also had a wonderful experience with the mani-pedi in the salon. Courtney and (I believe her name is) Joyce pampered my hands and feet. I am now ready for a very hot date night with my husband tomorrow. Glowing and feeling pampered. Thank you MacMed Spa!

Outstanding experience all the way
Over the past two days, I have enjoyed several services at the MacMed Spa. All were exceptional. Yesterday, I had a brow shaping/wax and a full face wax with Denise and I was so impressed with her knowledge and experience that I booked an appointment for the very next day (today) and it was heavenly. I absolutely trust this spa–they are top notch and I really trusted Denise with my skin. One of the things she told me about was eyebrow and eyelash tinting, which I had done today with my facial. Boy was she right about the tinting–my blue eyes just pop. Then she did one of the most thorough, personally-designed-for-me facials that I have ever had–my skin is glowing and I feel radiant and beautiful. Thank you so much, Denise!
Lastly, the mani-pedi I received through the joint efforts of Courtney and (sorry, I can’t remember the lovely woman’s name who did my pedicure) but they are beautiful.
Tonight, I’m going out for a special dinner. It’s partly a celebration of my birthday (belated), wedding anniversary (early) and to celebrate the completion and upcoming publication of my book, The Purified (by Melinda Tyler!). 🙂 (just had to do a little plug there!).
I truly recommend this spa. I’m bicoastal and spend about 65% of m time and the rest in California. Honestly? this spa is better than any of the ones I have been to there and it is far more reasonable cost-wise.

“Pamper Yourself” Perfection
I had my first massage today with Suzanne, who was absolutely wonderful, welcoming and friendly. I’d been going through a lot of stress and she felt how tense I was, and it worked absolute wonders. I feel very relaxed now and she sent me home with a cup of tea to boot. Definitely going back again for some more pain and stress relief.

On Saturday I had a lash fill with Penelope. I had a bad extension experience that prior Wednesday at a different salon in Franklin and Penelope worked wonders to make them look much better. She was wonderful! She gained a client for life – not only with the lashes but I plan to switch to her for microdermabrasion. She took her time, explained everything and answered all my questions while making me look great! I’m never an emotional person but when I looked in the mirror after her work I got teary eyed. I don’t know if you have a recognition program or anything like that but I wanted to make sure you knew my gratitude of her work.
